Rights in your material
You or the original rights holder retain rights in uploaded lecture video, audio, slides, and other material. Memble processes it only within the limited permission needed to provide the service and generate your results.
Check before uploading
Permission to attend a course may not include permission to record, reproduce, upload, or use AI processing. Check the rights of instructors, schools, publishers, and recorded people. Uploading for unauthorized distribution, sharing, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
Generated results
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use transcripts, cleaned text, and summaries generated from your material for personal study. We do not guarantee that automatic output is exclusive or free of third-party rights.
Infringement reports
Send support@membleai.com the rights holder’s name and contact details, the material and its location, the basis of the claim, and the requested action. After reasonable verification, the Operator may restrict or remove the material and may allow the uploader to respond.
