Account Deletion

How to request deletion
Email support@membleai.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” Include only the account email and never your password. We may ask for an additional verification step to protect the account.
What is deleted
After verification, we end active sessions, disable account access, and schedule user-specific lecture content and results for deletion. In-progress lectures are cancelled. If static files are shared through storage deduplication, physical deletion may wait while another user has an independent right to the same file, but the deleted account can no longer access it.
What may remain
We may retain the minimum transaction, credit-ledger, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute information required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Paddle keeps purchase records independently, so you may need to exercise rights separately at paddle.net.
Timing and finality
We act without undue delay after verification. If a legal or technical reason prevents immediate deletion, we will explain the reason and expected timing. Once deletion is complete, the account and lectures cannot be recovered.
