Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 25, 2026. This is the current policy.
1. Operator and agreement
Memble is a lecture-processing and study tool provided by Individual Entrepreneur ERIK FARUKSHIN, registration number 347004886, registered in Georgia at Georgia, Kobuleti Municipality, Tsikhisdziri Village, 10th Street, No. 2 (the “Operator”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to purchases.
2. Accounts
An account is for one person only. You must provide an accurate email address, must not share credentials or sessions, and must keep them secure. Class or group use requires a separate arrangement with support; unless that arrangement says otherwise, each participant must use their own account. Where there are credible signs of account sharing, unusual concurrent access, automation, or resale, the Operator may require reauthentication, limit active sessions or device access, or temporarily suspend the account, with a reasonable opportunity for review where practical. Tell support promptly if you discover unauthorized account use. Children under 14 may not create an account without consent from a legal guardian.
3. The service
Memble processes a lecture video, or slides and recordings, into slide images, OCR, cleaned and aligned transcripts, and optional summaries and takeaways. Processing time and results vary with file length, quality and format, slide count, and third-party AI availability.
4. Your uploads and responsibilities
You must own or have lawful permission to process every lecture and recording you upload. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, voice, school rules, or other rights. Illegal content, malware, and attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service are prohibited.
5. AI output and study decisions
Transcripts, OCR, summaries, and takeaways are generated automatically and may contain omissions or errors. Memble tries to mark uncertain wording but does not guarantee accuracy. Output is a study aid, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, an official record, or a substitute for professional judgment. Check important details against the original lecture and slides.
6. Credits and payments
Credits are service units usable only for lecture processing inside Memble. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. One-time top-up credits do not expire. Monthly subscription credits are replaced at each successfully paid renewal and unused monthly credits do not roll over; cancel through the Paddle customer portal before the next renewal to stop future charges. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment customer service and handles returns. The offer shown at checkout controls if it differs from the website.
7. Failures, cancellation, and changes
Credits consumed by a normal processing failure are automatically restored to the Memble balance. You can cancel in-progress work where the product provides that control. The Operator may change or temporarily suspend features for security, compliance, maintenance, or product improvement and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your uploads. You give the Operator and its processors a limited permission to store, transmit, transform, and process them only as needed to provide the service. Memble software, branding, interface, and documentation belong to the Operator or their respective licensors.
9. Restriction and termination
The Operator may reasonably restrict an account for a terms violation, rights infringement, fraud, security risk, or service disruption. You may request account deletion at any time. Terms concerning accrued payments, infringement, liability, and legally required retention survive termination where applicable.
10. Liability and governing rules
To the extent mandatory law permits, the service is provided as available and the Operator is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia except where mandatory consumer law requires another forum. Contact: support@membleai.com.
